Cataracts and Lens Implants

In normal vision light rays from an image travel into the eye through the cornea, pass through the clear lens and come to a focus on the retina at the back of the eye. A cataract is the clouding of the lens of the eye that interferes with the passage of focused light to the retina.
Symptoms of Cataracts
 

• Blurred or distorted vision
• Halos or glare around bright lights
• Loss of color perception (especially blues)
• Loss of depth perception
• Night Blindness
• Eye fatigue and headaches
